Getting started

Nurse Tempo is a collection of clinical tools, calculators, references, and AI helpers for your whole shift. Browse everything under Tools, pin your go-tos to your Tempo, and your most-used tools rise to the top of your home screen automatically.

You can use most of the toolbox without an account. Creating a free account lets you sync across devices and unlock higher usage limits.

Accounts & sign-in

We use passwordless sign-in: enter your email and we send you a secure link (or code) to log in — no password to remember. Manage your account anytime under Me.

To delete your account and data, open Me → your account → Delete account, or email us. Deleting your account permanently erases your data and cancels any subscription.

Plans & billing

Every plan starts free. Paid plans (Standard, Pro, Ultra Pro) raise your monthly limits and unlock premium tools — see the full breakdown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew until you cancel, which you can do anytime in your store settings.

Your data & privacy

Nurse Tempo is built for de-identified use — never enter patient names or identifiers. We don't sell your data or use advertising trackers. Read the full Privacy Policy.

A note on safety

Nurse Tempo is an educational and productivity tool — not medical advice and not a medical device. Always use your own clinical judgment, follow your facility's policies, and verify anything important against an authoritative source. AI output can be wrong even when it sounds confident — double-check it.
